[Pyogp] eventqueueget code and a packet for testing

Hi!

I just wanted to post 2 links which might be useful.

Saijanai shared a code fragment for doing eventqueueget which you can
find here:

And jbkraft was contributing some wiresharking and here's some packet we
can use for testing the message reader:

Hey folks. I put a page up on the wiki with some notes on my investigations.
It has some packet data on it as well as some notes on my wireshark foolery.
It may be helpful for the UDP testing.
