[Pyogp] commit rights?

Hi!

I just wanted to ask again how the commit right story looks as I wanted
to work on this at the sprint. The other question is how co-sprinters
are being handled (esp. in the future). What is the process to get
somebody commit rights because esp. at sprints svn is quite important as
a tool to share work.
