[Pyogp] subversion1.5 and setuptools

Hi!

Locklainn encountered some problem when he started with pyogp regarding
subversion 1.5 and buildout. I now encountered the same thing after
upgrading to subversion 1.5. As this bug is fixed in trunk of setuptools
in the meanwhile but no release is yet made, here is how to fix this
yourself if you encounter this error:
