Hi there!

I'd like to get some help creating an OpenSim oriented test suite using
pyogp. After a conversation with Teravus Ousley, there's a general
direction we'd like to head, but more ideas would be appreciated.

Pyogp currently has a number of tests addressing the ogp specific caps,
plus agent teleport, plus a couple of extra odds and ends that are the
beginnings of simulator specific testing. We'd like to extend the tests,
perhaps adding an OpenSim specific suite if there is determined a need
for it. Please take a look at the links below.

Let us know thoughts on what to test and how to increase the quality of
the OGP beta grid, and SL and LL sims. Something as simple as a
suggestion on how to improve pyogp docs (which are admittedly um yuck)
is useful.

general pyogp testing docs:
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Pyogp/Client_Lib/testing

tests on the web:
http://svn.secondlife.com/trac/linden/browser/projects/2008/pyogp/pyogp.interop/trunk/pyogp/interop/tests

Thanks,
~e

good point. I think that more tests, and better docs, are the aim then.
There are nuances between the grids of course, I think we ought to track
the relevant diffs on a wiki page. i'll let you all know when that comes
to life...

Isn't making it opensim-oriented instantly breaking the point of the
exercise? A general interop standard rather than just an "OpenSim + SL
only" protocol is what we're trying to build, right?
