[Pyogp] wx-dev branch created

A wx specific branch has been created for pyogp.lib.base.

To use the branch in the normal buildout context, simply follow the
standard directions at
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Pyogp/Client_Lib/The_Development_Sandbox#Getting_the_buildout.

Then:
cd {checkout root}/src/pyogp.lib.base
svn switch
https://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/projects/2008/pyogp/pyogp.lib.base/branches/wx-base

And you are good to go.

To switch back to trunk:
cd {checkout root}/src/pyogp.lib.base
svn switch
https://svn.secondlife.com/svn/linden/projects/2008/pyogp/pyogp.lib.base/trunk
